Mise en Bouche - 2021 - Lolita Sene

A blend of different grape varieties all planted on the same parcel: majority of Grenache Noir, with Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Cinsault, Clairette Blanche and Clairette Rose. The parcel is located in Roquemaure and was harvested with Nicolas Renaud from Clos des Grillons. Vinification: whole bunches of grapes are macerated for a week, then pressed in a 500-litre ratchet press, and matured in vats for several months, all while working by gravity. No fining, no filtering, and no sulphur! A new primeur wine.
