Poignée de raisins - 2021 - Michèle Aubéry
Domaine Gramenon

A 100% Grenache cuvée made from young vines between 4 and 30 years old, farmed biodynamically and planted on siliceous sandstone soils, at an altitude of 350 metres on the slopes and plateau of Gramenon, in the commune of Montbrison sur Lez. The grapes are harvested and sorted by hand, with controlled yields: 35 hl/hectare. Vinification without additives: the grapes are partially de-stemmed, followed by 15 days of maceration in cement vats, gentle pressing, and 6 months of maturation in vats. Bottled after Easter 2022, without added sulfites.
