Almost a secret recipe for this white primeur, we'll just tell you that it's a blend of Muscat and Viognier from organic vines harvested by hand. Naturally vinified and aged for a short time in vats, this is a primeur wine, bottled early! Unfined and unfiltered, without added sulphites.
