100% Cinsault for this vintage, from vines cultivated biodynamically and harvested by hand. Vinification: carbonic maceration with whole clusters for a week, soft pressing, short maturation in vats (this is a primeur wine, with an early release), neither fined nor filtered, and bottled at the end of October 2023, zero added sulfites.
