A blend with a big majority of Cinsault, with just 5% of Grenache Noir, from vines grown biodynamically. Natural vinification without any additives: carbonic maceration in two vats, separately for each grape variety, 7 and 10 days of maceration, soft pressing, blending of the juices and very short maturation in vats. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled in November 2020 (its a primeur wine!), zero sulfites added.

Nicolas Renaud is a thirty-something winemaker settled since 2007 just next to Tavel and Avignon.
