Blend: 90% Cinsault and 10% Grenache from vines farmed organically and planted at the end of the 1990s, on a terroir known as "Les Lauzes Blanches" in Tavel, over clay and limestone soils. Neither fined nor filtered, and just 0.5 grams of sulphur/hl 10 days before bottling, at the beginning of May 2022.
