A 100% Viognier cuvée, produced only in vintages when conditions are ideal, from vines farmed organically and planted on the terroirs of Châteauneuf-sur-Isère and Beaumont-Monteux, half on clay-limestone terraces and half on granite soils. Vinification: 100% de-stemmed grapes are vinified with indigenous yeasts, direct pressing in a low-pressure pneumatic press, cold settling, and fermentation and maturation done in stainless steel vats. Bottled on February 4th 2021 with a small dose of sulphur.
