A truly refreshing and, above all, incredibly thirst-quenching rosé, with very low alcohol content, featuring notes of grapefruit, apricot, and juicy strawberry, with a mineral backbone. It almost feels like a white wine in the form of a rosé... smooth, saline, and palate-watering!

This is the second vintage of this rosé cuvée, produced from vines leased from Domaine Louis Magnin, cultivated organically and planted in the village of Arbin. Made entirely from Mondeuse grapes, the vines are harvested by hand and vinified naturally: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, bottled at the estate in the Spring of 2025 with just a micro-dose of sulfur.

Brice Omont, child of the 1976 vintage, has created a cru in the mountainside. In the 1990s, they started cutting back the forest, rebuilding the ancient terraces and planting grapes anew... and so was born a very unique vineyard, the Coteau de Cevins.
