Rhodonite - 2024 - Domaine des Ardoisières

Brice Omont

A truly refreshing and, above all, incredibly thirst-quenching rosé, with very low alcohol content, featuring notes of grapefruit, apricot, and juicy strawberry, with a mineral backbone. It almost feels like a white wine in the form of a rosé... smooth, saline, and palate-watering!

Made entirely from Mondeuse grapes, the vines are harvested by hand and vinified naturally: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks, bottled at the estate in the Spring of 2025 with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
