This is the first vintage for this cuvée, a blend of half Chambourcin and half Villard Noir—two hybrid grape varieties that have been grafted onto Merlot rootstock and planted in clay-limestone soils. The vines are cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, harvested by hand, and vinified naturally. Direct pressing, indigenous yeasts, brief aging in stainless steel tanks, and bottled at the estate in February 2026. Unfined and unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
