An orange wine… which is actually a direct-pressed rosé that has taken on an orange hue! Yes, really! Floral, peach, and clementine notes, the palate surprises and delights us with its subtle, very fine effervescence, which is very briefly persistent. A refreshing, thirst-quenching wine!

100% Merlot from organically farmed vines planted in 2001 on clay-limestone soils. The grapes were harvested by hand on September 15; although they were not very ripe, this was to be expected given the 2024 vintage. Direct pressing of the whole clusters, cold settling, aging in stainless steel tanks for 7 months, bottled in April 2025 without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfur. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in the bottle, which gave it its orange hue and a very slight “frizzante” quality.
Antonin Jamois
Antonin Jamois, born in 1979 and originally from Paris, was in no way predestined to become a winegrower... It is the birth of his daughter that motivates him to come back to France in 2014. Antonin returns...
