A blended cuvée: 70% Roussanne and 30% Marsanne, made from vines grown organically and biodynamically, planted on loamy and sandy soils on a limestone base, at 400 meters altitude. The grapes are harvested just before fully ripe to obtain a sharp and mineral wine – essentially the opposite of the style of wine we typically expect from these two very aromatic grape varieties. Natural vinification, direct pressing, 11 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Neither fined nor filtered, with just a microdose of sulphur.
