100% Syrah from Matthieu's négociant business. The vines belong to Emmanuel Tracol and Florent Bacconnier, two vignerons in their first year of operation and in conversion to organic farming. The vines are respectively 20 years old, on sandy soils ; and 35 years old, at 400 metres above sea level, planted on granitic sands. Vinification: fully destemmed, two weeks of maceration at low temperatures, nine months of maturation in fiber and concrete vats. Bottled with just 2gr/hl of sulphur.
