As you’d expect from this grape, it’s all finesse—bright red berries, floral lift, and a light, breezy frame. The palate is fresh, fluid, ultra-drinkable, almost weightless. A little bomb cooked up by Monsieur Fred – he was right to take a jaunt outside his dear Burgundy for once!

Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites.
