Rosé - 2025 - Hervé Villemade
Hervé Villemade
A nose of red fruits – it’s a veritable strawberry sorbet! Palate: like a little piece a fragrant candy without any heaviness, it’s fluid and smooth. Hervé says: “An ideal rosé for spring and summer, so fresh and fruity you can drink it without counting!”

100% Pineau d'Aunis for this vintage, from vines grown organically, the grapes were purchased from winegrowers who share a common philosophy, and were harvested by hand by Hervé and his team, in small crates. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts (of course), and five months of maturation in vats. Bottled at Villemade's without fining or filtration during the first week of February 2026, with just a microdose of sulphur.
