A dry, mineral white (aged in amphora!) with an expressive nose of peach, apricot and broom flower. The blend brings beautiful volume and breadth on the palate, floral length and a finish marked by fine, gentle bitterness.

Blend of Ugni Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Muscat from organically farmed vines planted on clay-limestone soils. This cuvée wad made thanks to grapes bought to winemakers who share the same values. Hand-harvested and naturally vinified at Laure and Fred Cossard's cellar in Saint Romain, Burgundy. Direct press, fermentation and aging in qvevris—those buried clay amphorae, comint from the Georgian tradition. Bottled without fining, filtration, or any added sulphites.
