A blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, and other Jura grape varieties from organically farmed vines, this cuvée is produced from grapes purchased from winegrowers who share the same vision of natural wine. Vinification: cold semi-carbonic maceration, pressing, 10 months of aging in truncated wooden vats, without new wood. Bottled without fining or filtration, without the addition of sulfites.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
