100% Chardonnay from organic vines planted on the Premier Cru Les Bressandes. This cuvée was produced thanks to the purchase of grapes, and automatically downgraded to Beaune appellation by Laure and Fred. Harvesting was done by hand, gollowed by a natural vinification without any inputs: direct pressing of the whole clusters, fermentations and aging in egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, with no added sulfites.
