100% Pinot Noir from a magnificent parcel, situated 200 metres from the vines of Romanée-Conti, just above and a bit to the left, before the forest. The climat Les Champs Perdrix: a rocky soil, the parcel touches the upper parts of Malconsorts, La Grande Rue, Aux Reignots, Les Gaudichots. Organic farming, Manuel harvest, natural vinification, maceration in whole bunches. Maturation for 12 months in barrels, with 1/3 new oak. Unfined, unfiltered, without added sulfites.
