Pale pink in color, with a floral and indulgent nose featuring notes of boudoir, candied rose, and dried rose... The palate is elegant, thanks to very fine effervescence and a smooth, enveloping texture; overall very well-balanced, with harmonious aromas and a long finish. Very lovely!

Based on the 2022 vintage, with several reserve wines. 45% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir (12% of which was vinified as rosé), and 12% Pinot Meunier, from vineyards located in the villages of Chouilly, Vitry, Leuvrigny, Les Riceys, and Épernay, on varied terroirs ranging from iron-rich red clay to chalk, including clay soils. The grapes were harvested by hand, followed by direct pressing, vinification, and 8 months of aging in stainless steel tanks. Bottling, aging on racks, and disgorgement in September 2025. A brut Champagne, with a dosage of 6 grams per liter.

Rémi, Olivier and Jérôme Legras run the Legras & Haas house, in Chouilly, Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs. Their father François, learning the vine from his own father from the age of 16, carries four centuries of the village's winegrowing tradition.
