You can definitely detect the hallmarks of Poulsard, nose of cherries with vegetal notes and hints of undergrowth... On the palate: a juice with little tannin (as you’d expect from this grape variety), very pure and smooth, with fine acidity. "It just goes down easy,” as Valentin puts it!

This is the third vintage of this 100% Poulsard cuvée, made from grapes grown on organically farmed vines planted in 2015 by Valentin on Triassic marl soils. The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified naturally: total destemming by hand, two weeks of maceration, gentle pressing, and 10 months of aging—half in stainless steel tanks and half in barrels, without new oak. Bottled at the estate in June 2026 without fining or filtration, and with no added sulfites.
