100% Grenache from vines farmed with integrated pest management, planted across two small parcels: one with vines ranging from 25 to over 40 years old, and the other with younger vines, 5 to 7 years old. Terroirs of rolled pebbles, clay, and clay-limestone. Hand-harvested, both parcels vinified together, gently pressed, and aged for one year in barrels. Bottled at the Estate with a small dose of sulfites.

Xavier Braujou settled in Aniane back in 1998, just next to the Grange des Pères and Mas Daumas Gassac.
