A blended cuvée: 30% Marsanne (29 years old), 30% Sauvignon (14 years old), 30% Viognier (30 years old) and 15% Cinsault (25 years old) on Villafranchian soils over basaltic subsoils in the commune of Pézenas. Yields: 41 hl/ha. Vinification: direct pressing for the Cinsault and Marsanne, infusion of the destemmed berries of Sauvignon and Viognier for 18 days, matured in vats for 8 months. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added.
