100% Romorantin cuvée. Vinification: the Courtois DNA is definitely present! A natural wine without compromise, zero chemicals, grapes harvested at full maturity, natural vinification, matured on fine lees for 18 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled in spring 2022, without added sulphur! The label representing a scarab is a Maori design drawn by Heidi Kuka, Julien’s partner.
