100% Pineau d'Aunis, from vines century-old vines, planted on flint clays right after the phylloxera, cultivated biodynamically and planted on 8 plots spread over the communes of Lhomme, Marçon and Dissay-sous-Courcillon for a total of 0.9 hectare. Manual harvest. Alcoholic fermentation is done in vats with punching down of the cap, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in barrels and 24 months of maturation on the fine lees in 500-liter casks, without new oak. Bottled at the estate with a very light dose of sulphites in April 2024.
