100% Romorantin from young vines of 8 to 10 years old, grown organically and planted on flinty sandy soils. The grapes were harvested by hand in small crates and sorted directly in the vineyard. No fining or filtration, just a micro-dose of sulfur (1 g/hl) added at bottling.
