100% Melon de Bourgogne from vines farmed organically and planted on a terroir of Gabbro – a basic igneous rock rich in minerals. In the cellar: direct pressing, 14 months of maturation in ovoid vats, the wine is naturally micro-oxygenated thanks to the porous limestone and clay of which the vats are composed. The lees are lifted and stirred continuously by an internal vortex-like current... In every way, this wine is a work of harmony with nature.
