This is Garnier’s primeur wine – a pure thirst quencher! With notes of blackcurrant and violet, the palate is supple and ultra smooth, an aperitif wine par excellence!
It’s all in the name! A blended cuvée of Gamay and Aunis, cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic, in the area of Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay. In the winery: co-maceration of the two grape varieties, a short vinification, indigenous yeasts, blending of free-run and press juices, and bottled without fining, filtering or added sulphur at the beginning of November.
Jean-Christophe Garnier produces a short range of wines which can reset you palate in a sip. A rich Chenin, full bodied, open, stony, powerful... A Cabernet Franc that’s juicy, fruity and gourmand.
