100% Gamay from 20 to 30 year-old vines grown organically in the Cher Valley and in the Beaujolais, the grapes were bought to winemakers who share the same values. Manual harvest and controlled yields. Natural vinification without inputs: carbonic maceration, maturation in wooden truncated cone vats. Bottled at the Estate in April 2023 without filtration or fining, micro dose of sulfur.
