A blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier and 25% Vermentino, from 10 to 30 years old vines, grown biodynamically planted on gravelly and sandy soils for the Grenache, and clay soils for the Viognier and Vermentino. Harvested by hand on the 3rd of September 2025. Natural vinification at Laure-Anne and Clément's cellar: total destemming, three weeks of maceration in vats with some punching down, gentle pressing, 9 months of aging in vats on fine lees. Bottled in June 2026 with a low dose of sulfites.
