100% Chenin from vines in conversion to organic farming, planted in the communes of Dampierre-sur-Loire and Le Puy Notre Dame, on clay-limestone soils with veins of flintstone. Bottled at the estate in March 2022, on fine lees, without fining, filtration, or added sulphites.
