King Kong - 2022 - Jacques Février
Le Raisin à Plume

Surprising wine from organic vines planted in the 60's. A blend of Melon de Bourgogne, harvested in the morning and direct pressed, in which Jacques macerated for 8 days whole bunches of Gamay, harvested in the afternoon on the same day as the Melon. After pressing, the wine was matured in vats for 7 months. Bottled mid-April 2023 without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
