100% Cabernet Franc from vines in conversion to organic farming, planted around 1970 in the communes of Dampierre-sur-Loire, Varrains and Chaintres, in the heart of the Saumur-Champigny appellation, with alluvial soils over a clay-limestone base. Bottled in March 2022 without fining, filtration, or added sulphites.
