A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée, from 30-to-35-year-old vines grown on a terroir of clay and flint. Farmed organically, and certified AB and Ecocert. Manual harvesting, with yields of around 35 hl/ha. Traditional vinification in cement vats, vinification by gravity, maturation in old barrels for 6 months. Neither fined nor filtered, just a microdose of sulfur at bottling.
