100% Négrette, a curiosity from the Loire Valley since this grape variety is usually planted in Fronton, South-West of France. The vines are farmed with organic and biodynamic methods, and are planted on a granitic terroir. Ploughing, natural grass cover crops, disbudding, leaf thinning as well as harvesting by hand are all practiced. Natural vinification, soft extraction, some punching down of the cap, 11 months of aging in 500-liter barrels that have seen several wines.
