Blend of 49% Gamay, 45% Cabernet Franc and 6% Côt, from 30-year-old vines, grown organically and planted on two plots for a total of 1.10 ha, on sandy loam soils, North-South exposure. The grapes were bought to Julien Moreau, at Domaine de Cambalu. Manual harvest. Vinification: co-maceration of the Gamay and Côt whole clusters, destemmed for the Cabernet, 6 months of aging in fiber vats. Unfiltered, just a micro-dose of sulfur.
