A luscious Gamay, fruity, with beautiful tension, and notes of red fruit. A lovely bottle to enjoy among friends.
A 100% Gamay cuvée, from 50-year-old vines grown organically, planted on a terroir of schist and gneiss on South facing slopes. Manual harvest. In the winery: maceration of the whole bunches for 15 days, with a little pumping over of the must, soft pressing and 7 months of aging in vats. Bottled at the estate mid-April 2023 without fining or filtration, a tiny dose of sulphur was added after the malolactic fermentation.
