A cuvée of 100% Pinot Gris, also known locally as Malvoisie, from organically grown vines planted on a clayey schist terroir on south facing slopes. Manual harvest. In the winery: maceration of the whole bunches for 6 days, racking, and maturation for 7 months in vats. Bottled at the estate in mid-April 2023, without fining or filtration, ZERO sulphur added.
