100% Pineau d’Aunis from organically conducted vines on sand and flinty clay soils, on a plot of 1 ha, 2/3rd coming from the Estate and 1/3rd coming from the négoce of Tue-Boeuf. Manually harvested vines of 3- to 80 years old, yields of about 40 hl/ha. Fermentation in truncated oak barrels, two weeks of semi-carbonic maceration, 8 months of élevage in demi-muids and Burgundy barrels. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the estate on the 21st of April 2023, without added sulfites.
