100% Côt from 25-year-old organic vines planted on the Ardilles plot, on clay soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification: 20 days of maceration, 70% aging in vats and 30% in amphorae, with two 500-litre amphorae and four 550-litre barrels. Bottled at the Estate in August 2022, without fining or filtration.
