100% Chenin from 10- to 40-year-old vines cultivated using biodynamic methods and planted on flint-rich clay soils on Tuffeau. This is a blend from 35 plots spread across 8.5 hectares in the municipalities of Lhomme, Ruillé-sur-Loir, Chahaignes, and Marçon. Hand-harvested into small crates from September 18 to October 13, 2023. Winemaking: pneumatic pressing, natural cold settling, indigenous yeasts, 12 months of aging in 500-liter barrels previously used for various wines, on fine lees, followed by 9 months in bottle. Bottled in November 2024.
