A cuvée produced thanks to the négoce of Bellivière, from organic and biodynamic grapes, from 10 to 30-year-old vines planted on loamy, clay, gravelly, and sandy soils depending on the plot; blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Aubun. Manual harvest in small crates on the 28th of August 2023. Bottled in April 2025 with only 15 mg/l of total SO2.
