The wine is a blend of barrels chosen for their fruity character from 24 parcels spread over 5 hectares in the communes of Lhomme and Ruillé-sur-Loir. Harvesting is done by hand with crates. Bottled at the estate in September 2021 with a small dose of sulphur.
