A 100% Chenin cuvée, from 60-year-old vines grown on carboniferous shales, in the area of La Roche, cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic. Vinification: direct pressing, natural yeasts, and maturation for one year in casks that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate in September without fining or filtration, and zero added sulphur.
