Warning: once you’ve tasted this wine, it will be haunting you for years. Complex and fragrant nose with notes of black fruits, stone fruits, soft spices... The palate is luscious, silky, while retaining the mineral structure of the terroir.
100% Pineau d'Aunis, from vines aged between 10 and 50 years old, cultivated biodynamically and planted on 14 plots spread over the communes of Lhomme, Chahaignes and Marçon, for a total of 3.7 hectares. Harvesting is done by hand with crates. Alcoholic fermentation is done in vats with punching down of the cap, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in barrels and 12 months of maturation on the fine lees in casks and egg-shaped concrete vats. Bottled at the estate with a very light dose of sulphites in November 2022.
