100% Pinot Noir, from 18-year-old vines farmed biodynamically and planted on granite soils over white and red quartz. The estate is certified biodynamic by BIODYVIN. Manual harvest. In the winery: grapes are transferred to barrels, macerated for 12 days, followed by a gentle pressing to preserve the fruit flavours, and one year of maturation in 400-liter oak barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, with a light dose of sulphites at bottling at the end of September 2022, at the estate.
