Tango Atlantico - 2018 - Noëlla Morantin - Magnum
Noëlla Morantin
One of Noëlla’s more complex wines... A nose with notes of red fruits, cocoa, cinnamon, prune. On the palate: this is some serious juice, smooth with beautiful soft tannins. Extremely luscious!

A blend of 60% Côt and 40% Cabernet Franc from vines around 40 years old, farmed organically and planted on flinty clay soils in the commune of Pouillé. Harvested by hand at maturity at two different times, thus the two grape varieties are vinified separately. Fermentation in vats for the Cabernet, in a large barrel for the Côt.
