Vin Rouge Nouveau du Tue Boeuf - 2023 - Thierry Puzelat
Clos Tue-Boeuf
A veritable fruit bomb with huge drinkability – this is everything you wish for in a primeur (a young wine from the freshly fermented juice of the recent harvest)! The palate is a bowl of little red fruits, very fluid, with a hint of effervescence and lovely acidity.

Blend of Côt, Pineau d'Aunis and Gamay, from the Cher Valley, the grapes were purchased from certified organic winegrowers who share Puzelat’s natural philosophy in the vineyard. The grapes were harvested by hand by Thierry's team, followed by a natural vinification: carbonic maceration, light extraction, gentle pressing, and a short period of maturation in vats – this is a primeur after all! Bottled at the Estate on the 30th of October 2023.
