A blend of Gamay, Côt and Pineau d'Aunis from Puzelat’s negotiant business. Puzelat buys organic grapes from vigneron friends who share the same values. He automatically downgrades his wine classification to Vin de France. Natural vinification: carbonic maceration, 5 months of maturation in conical oak vats. Unfined, unfiltered, sensible use of sulfur at bottling, done at the Estate on the 8th of January 2024.
