A label illustrated by the great Michel Tolmer is always a foretaste of good things to come! A divine wine, with a nose of redcurrant and wild strawberry... The palate is fresh, thirst quenching and acidulous. Seigneur means “Lord”, and this is noble nectar indeed!

A blend of 2/3 Cinsault and 1/3 Syrah, from vines farmed organically and planted on on clay and limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, with tightly controlled yields: 30 hecto/ha. Vinification: direct pressing of the two grape varieties, six months of maturation in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, and just a small dose of sulphur to protect the wine.
