100% Grenache Noir from organically farmed vines planted in 1983 on two plots with silty-sandy soil. The grapes were harvested by hand and vinified naturally. Whole-cluster carbonic maceration took place in 35-hectoliter fiberglass tanks, followed by pressing and aging in 500-liter barrels, with no new oak. Bottled in early 2025 without fining or filtration, using only a micro-dose of sulfur.
